There will be a planned power outage for all members served by the Bethel Church substation on Monday, November 13, 2023; beginning at around 9 am and lasting for approximately 60 minutes. This outage is necessary for AEP to complete their required upgrades to that substation. Another outage will occur again on Tuesday afternoon. We will provide that information when it is available.
