
ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS
One of the responsibilities and opportunities of being a cooperative member is attending the Annual Meeting. Since 1937, members have gathered to discuss the business of the Cooperative and to elect board members. Members engage with their neighbors, cooperative employees and directors.
The Annual Meeting of Members is held each March or April. The purpose of the meeting is to inform all members of the financial and operating conditions of the Cooperative and to announce the newly elected board of directors.

Why the change?
With the new election process for the Board of Directors, we thought this would be a great opportunity to offer more member events throughout the year instead of just one major event. This will give more members a chance to engage with the co-op. Be on the lookout in your Ohio Cooperative Living magazine and our Facebook page for these events in 2026.
