Holiday Workshop

    The 2011 Holiday Workshop is scheduled for Wednesday, November 2, 2011. There will be two workshops. One afternoon and one evening workshop. Watch upcoming issues of Country Living Magazine for details.

    G-M held its first ever Holiday Workshop on November 17, 1999 in the community room of the Cooperative. Nearly 100 people turned out for a fun filled evening of holiday spirit, education and fellowship. Topics discussed at the workshop were the new and exciting flashbake oven, microwave cooking, selecting the right Christmas tree, holiday decorating and handling holiday stress. There were displays of Christmas collectibles provided by White Pillars Christmas House of Zanesville, holiday cookies a gift in a jar provided by the Muskingum County Cooperative Extension Service, scrap booking provided by Kandy Simmons of the Cooperative, a crafts for children display and a G-M safety awareness display.
